After recommendation from a friend I started to play at Ruby Slot Casino.
I made my first few deposits through neteller and everything went smooth. After 4/5 deposit i was then unable to deposit through Neteller and I had to use my CC to continue to deposit.
I have manage to play for long periods of time and decided to try payout just in case something big would hit.
Didn't read the instruction and naturally my first request for withdraw through netteller was declined due to missing documentation. didnt have anything to complain because it was really my fault.
When through the process off sending all forms filled etc etc. Contacted the live chat support and got confirmation that everything was fine and i could now submit a new request.
After 7 business day got an email again declining my request.
After login to my account to go to live chat support I got surprised but checking that my balance is missing the amount that i have request.
My concern is that now i will have to wait to get the money back to my casino account balance and only then i can request another payout.
I dont want to belive that the casino is staling on a 250$ withdraw but its what is starting to look like.
