My withdrawal for for 265$ (in bitcoin) was requested on 08/19/2017 and got approved on 08/31/2017. Im still waiting withdrawal with bitcoin.
If im contacting customer support then im getting tomorrow promises EVERY DAY!
Bitcoin transfer takes ONLY A MINUTE! Worst thing is that I made bitcoin deposit for 200 and withdrawal for 265 with that delay with bitcoin value i have lost over 200$
