I registered with Grande Vegas casino and created an account. I logged in to the online casino and tested some of the games. After 30 minutes however, I was not able to login another time. I contacted the chat team and I was told that I did not pass the security check. I was told that I may have an issue with another online merchant. This information is not correct and I believe there is no valid reason to have my account closed.
