I have 5 withdrawals of $2500 each pending, they are submitted on 2 ($2500) 9/19/17, 1 (2500) on 9/28/17. 1 ($2500) on 9/30/17 and 1 ($2500) on 10/15/17/ I have send their withdrawals /managers 4 e-mails all unanswered except the generic we receive and assigned a number. I have been talking to their live chat for two weeks now and their answer is its either send to escalation or they have a very large volume of withdrawals. I am tired of this and want s my withdrawals approved so i can collect and move on.
