It is now nearly 2 months since my first cash out at silver oak and i have not received anything. I am awaiting nearly 22.5k from 13 separate cash outs (max cash out is 2500) my documents were confirmed as complete on 9/8 but i have not received any checks yet and not gotten a response from the casino except "dont worry you will get all your cash outs" when i discuss via live chat. i have probably deposited just north of 15k over past 2 months so really getting frustrated that i have not received anything.
