Grand Fortune Casino - Approval and payment timeframe not being upheld

I requested a withdrawal for $170.00, on October 17, 2017! To date my request has not been approved, therefore, it hasn't been sent to the processors, to be paid out! Grand Fortune's, site clearly states it takes 24-48 hours, sometimes...up to 72 hours, if they are busy, for the withdrawal to be approved! I had been patient...but the dragged out timeframe was beginning to concern me, so, I decided to reach out to a chat agent to get some info regarding the status, and I was given information that basically said...we're too busy right now and it hasn't been done yet! Well, that was rude and disrespectful...I just wanted to know what was going on, and to clarify the time lines that are stated on their site, but I was took to task for simply asking!!! The chat agent (Shawn) could care less about my concerns, or about the tone of the answers he provided... I just want my withdrawal to move along at a pace that it is supposed to! AskGamblers, seems to be the only avenue to get payments processed...I hate having to write/complain...but the casinos should put our shoes on and see how it feels to be left in the dark for an extended period of time!
