Hi, Askgamblers. I have to make a formal complaint as I have not received my money for over 2 month. All necessary paperwork and information were sent and verified 2 months ago and 2 withdrawals were approved. However, the cumulative withdrawn $400 were not transfered to my account. I specified my prefered banking method but did not receive any feedback or even answeres. I feel like no one of people in charge cares about paying out my winnings.
Please, help me to sort out this issue.
