I have been a player at Club Player Casino for a number of years. My understanding of their withdrawal policy is that withdrawals will be approved within 20 business days and payment should be received within another 20 business days. In the past, I have found that withdrawals have corresponded fairly closely to this schedule.
However, recently, withdrawals have been ridiculously slow. Currently, I have the following approved withdrawals that are beyond the casino’s policy of 20 business days: $1000 approved on 8/4, $950 approved on 9/5, $1000 approved on 9/19 and $1000 approved on 10/3. Additionally, I have a withdrawal request for $2400 that was submitted for approval on 8/28 for which I’m still waiting action on.
Over the past six weeks, I have been contacting VIP support on a weekly basis. Each time, I am given the same explanation that my requests will be escalated to Finance. Yet no movement seems to be occurring.
Your assistance in moving things along will be greatly appreciated.
