I am writing once again, because I put in for a withdrawal in the amount of 600.00 on sept 8/2017. and on October 18/2017 i won 10,000. I called customer service in Oct to see why I wasnt paid out yet, and was told that because there was a deposit dispute from my bank that it will be delayed until it was resolved. I did explain that my bank blocked my card due to it being compromised and someone else was using it. I advised that since then I have changed to my credit card. I was advised by Scott that everything would be taken care of and that I would recieve my money. On Oct 20th I was contacted by a Mason Grey in VIP, who wanted to know if they could recoup their money from my winnings that the bank took. I did agree to have the amount that the bank took to be deducted from my winnings. I was advises that he would call me back in a few days, but it has now been over a week and still no payment. I really like this casino and spend alot of money there. It was unfortuntely that I had my bank compromised, but I am willing to pay.
