Mfortune will not pay out , I deposited £30 by my phone bill and I won £750, when I tried to withdraw they took me through a long drawn out verification process. I supplied all documents, they then asked for my phone bill , so I sent it them and they said I would have to send the next phone bill. I had to wait until my bill was due then sent this , I then was informed I would have to wait until my direct debit was taken from my account . So the day direct debit was paid I sent them a copy of my transactions showing the amount on the bill being paid from the bank account on the date it said it would be debited on the bill . They then informed me I would need to show the payment going out and the before and after balance so they would know it was cleared , I got this and sent this . Now they are telling me because I've paid my phone bill on time I need to send everything again in a few days !!! This casino are trying everything in there power to not pay people. They have no reason not to pay me I pay all my bills on time I don't gamble often, I never took or used a bonus, I have the same phone number for years and even offered them my bills for the last 12 months paid on time by direct debit from the same bank account. This casino make you feel like a criminal and challenge your financial character
