I have won USD 693;- on oct. 23rd. I wanted to withdraw the money to my neteller account. On the same day i sent in my documents and recieved a comfirmation that my mail arrived. Since then im waiting for my money. I have asked several times for my money to be transfered, but wasnt succesful yet. They asked me every time about the date i was sending my documents, and they asked for a few more days to process my withdrawal. Nothing. Maybe someone here can help me to solve this problem?
