I have put in a withdrawal request with Royal Ace for $2500 multiple times since Sept 25. They keep cancelling it without any communication. I get on their chat. They tell me to send the paperwork. I resend the paperwork, resubmit the withdrawal request and a few days later, they cancel it again without any email or p[hone call as to what the issue is.
I have had multiple issues before with this group of casinos including Royal Ace, Planet 7, Silver Oak, Captain Jack and Slot Madness. I would tell everyone at this point to not use these casinos.
