Hi, I requested a payout of $420.00 via bitcoin. This was approved on 11/06/2017. The approved amount was $345.00 ($75 was bonus reduction). On the website it says payout will happen within 7 business days of approval. Live chat said within 7-10 days business days. It has been 10+ business days and I did not receive payment. Thank you and I hope to have my third withdrawal with planet 7 solved.
