Earlier this year I made multiple withdrawals at once totaling almost 30000. Previously my VIP had been helpful, but now I am told I have no access to the VIP because they downgraded my status. This is because I decided to stop playing until I seen at least half of my winnings as I was spending more than they were paying out. Although my payments have been approved, they seem to have stopped coming. I am still owed most of my winnings. It has become very frustrating because now I'm not getting a response from the casino, and all I have is the standard support which keep saying they can escalate but still I see no payments. I won't be returning to the casino or any of the sister sites until I get my money. I would like to see the rest of my withdrawals being paid, especially since they have been approved, my documents are up to date, and its been over 7 months. I am making this complaint because I am getting no response or action from the casino, and it seems like they have left me hanging. I am hoping this complaint will get someones attention so I can start to see what I am owed.
