Slots Plus Casino - Delayed Payment & No Help In Resetting Password

I submitted a request for a withdrawal on 10-20-17 for $999.99. This was a bank wire to my checking account. Two weeks ago, I received an email stating that the account number was incorrect and to resubmit. I did this and yet they still have not submitted payment. Told me their "payment processors" are experiencing slow payment times and difficulty in processing payments. As of today, still no payment. They told me their "average" processing time is 20 business days. It's well over that time frame. Also, not long after I submitted the request for payment (maybe 10-24-17), i tried to reset my password as i forgot mine. I requested a new "Security Code" be sent to my email (which is registered on their site) and nothing was sent. I've attempted over 10x via email to get help to reset it and have been rerouted from support to security back to support. They tell me it's an IT problem. So, I can't access my account as of today. I believe all of this is a stall tactic to delay my EARNED winnings and deny access to my account. I'm a long time depositor and this is so frustrating.
