Hello. I submitted withdrawal request for $630 on 16th Oct 2017. Provided all verification docs by email same date. Reference attached screen dump - payment approved internally by Planet 7 on 18th October. No payment received. Now nearing 6 week mark. Have sent emails, called their 'help line'...which you never get to speak to anyone...always leave a msg and they'll call back. They never do. Have been on chat numerous times, been told no ID received, it was part of original docs I emailed on 16th Oct. resent ID again twice, still no payment. Most recent chat was just under a week ago. Support told me I need to resend ID as drivers license number was not visible - this was third send of ID. Chat support (Dominic) then confirmed my ID had definitely been received, all was now in order, payment would be received by Friday just gone (24th Nov). Nothing. I am so frustrated at having to spend so much time pursuing them, only for this casino to treat their customer with complete disrespect.
