I requested a withdrawal of my small balance of $309 a week ago and received an email advising I would receive a further email from them IF REQUIRED. 3 days later I received no such email so queried the progress of my withdrawal with a live chat person and was told to 'be patient' as it was the Monday after the weekend there. I then waited 3 more days and chatted to a rep today who advised they will escalate to their claims dept due to the time being taken to process my request and that they will contact me within 24-48 hours (possibly with a verification request that was never sent) further delaying my request. Not happy.
