To my disbelief i noticed after making a substantial deposit that my balance only showed my deposited amount & no bonus. I contacted them on live chat to be informed this bonus was not valid & yet the casino had not notified Ask Gamblers of the end of this promotion & as such it still showed on the Ask Gamblers review of Redbet.
I spent almost 2 hours awaiting an outcome as the chat operative was trying to get this sorted out but alas the department allegedly in charge of this had gone home & put their slippers on for the night. To say i feel cheated out of my deposit is an understatement as if the bonus didn't really exist i would not of deposited money in the 1st place. I have a full transcript of the chat if needed.
