I submitted a withdrawal request for $199 on September 26, 2017 and it was approved on October 13, 2017 (10/13/2017 03:20 AM Check Withdrawal Approved!, -$199.00). I have been waiting 40 days for this small payment. Customer Services has "escalated" this withdrawal request on multiple occasions but no payment has been received. Your help in resolving this matter is requested.
