On 9/28/2017, I made a withdrawal request for $2,500. My withdrawal shows approved in my account on 10/12/2017 for $2,425. There are two subsequent withdrawals approved on 10/22/2017 and 10/29/2017. I have repeatedly been told by customer service people on chat that the first $2,425 is held up at the processor. In a recent chat, I was told none had gone to the processor yet. The reason given is that many players had requested withdrawals. It has been "escalated" 5 times now, and I don't understand what escalation does if it does not result in any progress whatsoever. This is now 60 days, and all my documents and information for a bank wire were current and are in order. I am told that I will get paid if I'm approved, which I am for all 3, but I am put off each time I talk to anyone and though I only called once, my number has apparently been added to an auto-reject list that takes my calls directly to voicemail. I leave messages and no one calls. So I'm hoping Tawni can help me.
