This is the first time I've ever written a complaint about a casino but in this case I really fear I have to as this site have been taking me for a ride for way over a month now. On the 10/11/2017, I was lucky enough to win a substantial amount that I had to split into two separate withdrawal requests to comply to their maximum £2500 per withdrawal. I expected to have to wait maybe a day or two longer for the second withdrawal which in my mind was absolutely fine, no bother at all. Unfortunately, it seems I was being incredibly naive and the amount of complaints I've read since from other users about this sites withdrawal times has made me regret ever touching this site at all. I don't know if they're having financial problems or this is their way of trying to encourage winners to reverse their withdrawals and keep playing, but it's a pretty shitty thing for anyone to do, let alone to have to deal with. I've been on live chat more times than I can count, asking, begging, pleading with DrVegas staff for a verification code which apparently had to be sent to my address before I could be allowed my winnings. This seemed fair enough in the beginning, however a month later I was beginning to lose patience. In the space of four weeks I was lied to, given a fake tracking code (royal mail never recognised it), and basically given the middle finger instead of any whiff of a posted verification code. Roughly a week ago, I finally received my code. I emailed it immediately, literally about sixty seconds after it came through my letter box, and waited for a reply from Anita who'd finally got things rolling for me by sending the letter out. Happy days, I thought, finally I'll get my winnings! Well, I was half right. The first withdrawal finally went through on Wednesday. The second withdrawal is still sitting pretty as a "pending withdrawal" in my account. I do not have the energy or the will power left to fight these people by myself, so I feel as a last resort I have to file this complaint as a preemptive attempt to avoid the stress and hassle that accompanied my first withdrawal. Also, I can hopefully warn anyone else who might be looking into making a deposit to this site to prepare them in case they too have to go through what I and it seems many others have. I've been told the payments department have been contacted (yet again) to resolve the matter of my seconds withdrawal as quickly as possible, however offices only open again on Monday. This is completely fair and may also be entirely true. I could even very well end up with the money in my account on Monday, but given my track record with this site I simply can't risk it. I have been nothing but open, patient and polite from the get go with DrVegas, it's a shame the favour wasn't returned.
