I was approved for my $1000 withdrawal back on 9/13/17, but 90 days later and I still haven't received my winnings deposited to my bitcoin address. I've received confirmation that all paperwork is in order and the delay has nothing to do with me. I get online and chat almost weekly and while the online chat folks are very nice and courteous, I keep getting the same response...my winnings will come, and it has been escalated to the finance department. I'm new to the online gambling, but after reading reviews, I should have done my due diligence before I ever made a deposit.
