I put in for check withdrawals 10/20/17 & 10/21/17 total owed to me is $9,125.00 check approved for $2,425.00 and $6,700.00 pending.I sent in my paper work in 10/20/17, my withdrawal was approved 11/05/17 my chat with customer service of planet 7 said i would receive it with in 7 to 10 days. I contacted the casino 11/24/17 they told me they would escalate the payment it should be sent right out give it a few days, i got the same response 12/08/17 and 12/15/17 it would be nice to get these checks in a more timely manor could you please help. thanks
