I have been a member of Betstreak Casino for almonst 6 months and have made several deposits and some withdrawals. I am fully verified and have never had a problem with the casino, the payments have been fast and the support helpful.
But I have now encountered a problem, at November 27th 2017 I claimed their 100% Monday VIP bonus with a 300e deposit after receiving a email about the promotion. After completing the wagering process my final balance ended at 1078e. I was very careful not to breach any of the T&C, did not play on any slot that was not allowed or exceeded the maximum bet limit.
I tried to make withdrawals but they were discarded, I talked to the chat and they told me the matter was escalated to the relevant department. As I said I have made withdrawals before from this casino and never had any problem. I finally sent them a email wondering what the problem was.
To my suprise I finally got this email :
"Hi Sir,
We have verified all your bets against our system with Softswiss Casino and the result shows a violation of our terms and conditions and recorded several fraudulent play. We there have refused your winnings and returned you your deposit."
I tried to get information about what fradulent play I had made but the only answer I got was:
"Hi Sir,
The management's decision and how the system detected irregularities are simply beyond me. "
After this I have sent two emails asking if I could get in touch with someone that could explain the decision but have not got any answer.
That is why now turn to the Askgambler Complaint team, to resolve this matter and get my legitimate winnings refunded to my account.
