Dr Vegas Casino - Withdrawal waiting process taking too long now

On the 8th December I was lucky enough to win £2300 at Dr Vegas from my weekly cashback of £2. I was so excited as Christmas was coming up. On Monday 11th I received an email from Anita at Dr Vegas saying bonus wagering had not been met in line with there terms and conditions and that I had put higher bets on during the £2 bonus and I can now only withdraw £1840. I remember checking I had wagered the £2 bonus before I put any high bets on but as I could still withdraw £1840 I did. On Wednesday 13th I noticed my withdrawal was still pending so I e-mailed customer care and Daniel Jenkins said I now need to veryfi my address in line with there terms and conditions anti money laundering. He said he would send a verification code to my address. So I waited. Friday 15th still no code. I emailed Daniel again he said he would contact the payment team and have the code sent by recorded delivery. So I waited. Sunday 17th still no code. Emailed Daniel again who said I would have to wait untill Monday 18th when there payment team was open after the weekend. By this time I was so frustrated and stressed out so I e-mailed Anita again and ask to kindly respond back and let me no when the code was coming. She then said I've sent the verification code and you should receive it Tuesday/Wednesday. So I waited. Still no code. I sent a email today to confirm the code was sent. No reply. I have now been waiting since the 8th December and don't seem to be getting anywhere with Dr Vegas. I'm really at my wits end and thought I would have my winnings in time for Christmas which is not too much to ask as withdrawal was made the 8th December. Any other casino veryfi your address with a recent dated bank statement or utility bill. Dr Vegas just seem to be prolonging my withdrawal in hope that I will cancel it. Which I will not be.
