My account was already verified, and yet it is still taking very long to get the withdrawal processed. I submitted the withdrawal request on Nov 21. I waited 5 business days and started contacting chat daily. Every chat was something different - first it was that they can only pay via check, then I had to send my bank details to one email address, then another email address. They finally approved the withdrawal on Dec 8, and as of today, Dec 22, they have not made any payment. Their 10 business day wait expired 2 days ago. The last contact stated that although it had been escalated, nothing had been done. I have wasted a lot of time on chat (they do not answer their phones), and chatting at very early times in the day due to the time difference, and many people being "gone for the day". Other times I have been flat out disconnected. I have all of my chat records to prove this.
