My deposit is still showing as pending and I am not able to withdraw my winnings. I have contacted both live chat and emailed support. I never heard back from the two email I sent explaining my issue. Live chat is not able to give me any reasons for this and thank me for understanding. I have noticed others who have had this issue. I have been always polite and never accused the casino of being dishonest. All I want is to be able to withdraw my LTC. Thank you
