GalaxyPig Casino - Withdrawal not processed after 12 weeks, no response from the casino

On 4th October I won 9698 Euro at GalaxyPig Casino. I have played slots and roulette and I have not used a bonus. On the same day I requested a withdrawal for that amount but until now the withdrawal is not processed and it still only shows the status "Requested" in the cashier. I sent GalaxyPig several emails asking about that withdrawal but I never got a reply. Live chat seems to be always unavailable. I sent emails to support@galaxypig.com and affiliates@galaxypig.com and I used the contact form on https://www.galaxypig.com/contact-us but I never got any reply. My account is already verified from a previous withdrawal I made.
