after playing on mbitcasino.com on Dec 21st i wont about 1 btc.
They keep delaying my payment and 2 days later they asked for id, selfie with id, proof of address & proof of ip
I submitted all of the documents required and they still keep delaying my verification process.
Everyday the live support keep telling me it will be done in 24 hours or 48 hours but it was never done and i waited 5 days.
Finally i got an email (see the attachment below) saying my deposit was a double spend attempt which is completely false and bogus. I sent the deposit from my blockchain.info wallet(see the attachment below)

For the sake of my own privacy i did not upload any of my kyc documents here but if it is needed by askgamblers authority i will be happy to send them anytime
They basically told me i have violated two terms and agreement but i do not think i have violated any of them.
I kindly ask askgamblers.com to help initiate a further investigation into this since i believe i have been scammed
