Staybet Casino - Holding first payment for weeks and confiscating second one with bogus accusations

Hi ,I am very angry that I chose this casino. First I got 200% bonus (deposit 30 $ by skrill). I made wager this bonus and I won 850 $ finally. I am waiting for this withdraw over 14 days. At the beginning support wrote before christmass that my withdraw will speed up - and nothing happens :( . In the meantime I got email with 200% bonus again. I made deposit by skrill 30$ again, I made wager this bonus and I won 1200$ finally. So I had two withdrawals pending : 850$ and 1200$ . Today I see that my second withdraw (1200$) dissapeared and they left 30$ only. I have not broken any rules (I played max 3,75$ for spin in casino). Support is not written off on live chat and email. Summarizing: my account was succesfull verified 12.12.2017. I am still waiting for the first withdraw (850$) and my the second withdraw (1200$) disappeared for no reason,support is not responding,please help
