I requested two withdrawals on the 12/9/2017 (American date format), totalling $1220 USD. Today they're both still showing "requested" status.
Prior to this date I was asked to verify my credit card and identity to continue depositing - I did this and sent the requested documents on the 8th of December. I received an automatic email from one of those ticketing systems saying someone would get back to me the following day - nobody ever did get back to me but shortly after this I could deposit again - at this point I assumed my credit card and account had been verified.
A bout a week later I asked someone on their live chat why the withdrawal was still only showing as requested, to which they replied that my account had not been verified - they didn't provide any advice at all on what I should do next.
On the 18th December I decided to reply to the email I received when confirming my banking details (the ticketing systems response, which suggested I could reply to update the ticket), but heard nothing back.
On the 22nd of December I decided to email their support@grandfortunecasino.com address in case the ticketing system was unmanned, but am still waiting to receive a response.
