I made a withdrawal request of $1700 in 2016 already and gave up because of all kind of missing documents so I kept the money in my casino account and tried it this year again,I started the the request in September and after submitting all required documents I finally got verified. I asked for a check and talked to at least 30 people at the live chat the last couple of months, great and kind people, everyone promising that I just have to be patient and my case would be high priority.Unfortunately it doesnt feel like anyone is working on it, it has been another few months now and I was told the bitcoin payout would be a faster process so I changed the payout option and Im afraid that its going to take another few months again. Why can most casinos pay in 3-6 days and others it takes over a year. I would appreciate help and getting really frustrated.
