Hi, I used a no deposit bonus with a 100 dollar max cashout around the second week of October and ended up with $101. The problems started almost immediately with the verification process which they would not accept an official rent receipt from where I live but would accept my lease which I didn't understand at all so this process itself took 2 months itself. I did send my cable bill which they did accept and finally my withdraw was approved on Dec 6th by Bitcoin as my withdraw method. I started bugging them by live chat and got a different excuse every time. Seems to me that these rogue casinos use stall tactics to purposely frustrate people and say screw it and end up spending the winnings. I"ve been bugging these people everyday by live chat figuring they will get tired of me bugging them but it doesn't work. I've emailed them about this without a response, I've called the 1-800 number and only got elevator music....seems kinda shady to me. I started this whole process on Oct 15th and today is Dec 28th. Please help!
