I have sent every piece of documents probably about ten times before they got it and everytime I had to send it it was to take 7 to 10 more days before it's processed lied about that. Then they claim that they can't bank wire can they issue a check and said it would be expedited and should have a tracking number by Friday it's Friday and no tracking number. This has been going on since September. Then they kept kicking my withdraw out. in the meantime still telling me it's going to be processed soon. well it is now the end of December and I still haven't received my refund and they claim that it hasn't processed yet. 4 Months that is ridiculous. I have never had a payout take this long and they won't talk to me at other than their live chat. Is this a scam or what?
