I submitted all the necessary verification documents on Dec 8th to the address specified by the casino. It's now the 30th and they still have not been reviewed. I got live chat to confirm that they were received but that's all the information I can get, I keep getting the run around about things being slow due to the holidays. The live chat representative I spoke to this morning also stated that the processing time on documents was 24 to 48 hours, so I don't quite understand what the holidays have to do with anything since the documents were sent in on the 8th.
I've got two large withdrawals pending, and I've been told by customer service that they will each take about a month at least to be approved and paid out, so I'm already frustrated with this casino. I'd really like someone to help at least get the documents processed so I can move on to waiting for a month for my winnings.
