HI, on Dec 24th I was playing at a-c.bet, using an auto register account. Which means it's an anonymous account that is not registered to a name. I played, won up to 2btc. When I tried to withdraw my $, it said I need to wait for my deposit to be confirmed. So 1 hour later I tried to log back in and it said my account is disabled. This is ridiculous! I am confident that I did not break any of their terms. I've sent many emails to support but not even 1 response. The amount I was cashing out was 1.9 btc. Please help me resolve this.
