Las Vegas USA Casino - Haven't received my money, withdrawal has been requested weeks ago

I have contacted them via live chat to see if it was a problem with verification and they actually called me to verify my info and told me plainly that I was successfully verified. Then transferred to the Finance department which told me I was approved for payment but on my end it still says my withdrawal is requested. It seems to be no one working on my issue. I requested $2000 on the 19th of Dec. 17 via bank transfer of $1000 a week and haven't seen any action to this date! Please help I have spent my hard earned money in hopes they were a reputable casino!
