It is my understanding that the Club Player Casino has a policy that they will approve a withdrawal request within 20 business days of submission of a withdrawal request. On 11/27/17, I submitted a withdrawal request in the amount of $1300. From that amount, $300 was to be subtracted to account for a bonus that was used to play in the casino leaving an amount of $1000 that is eligible for withdrawal. As of 1/7/18, I am still awaiting action by the casino on this withdrawal request. Even when one allows extra time due to the Holidays, it is now way past the casino's advertised policy for approval. A recent conversation with the casino's customer support confirmed that all withdrawal paperwork is in order, but could not explain why there is a hold up in approval. Please investigate why there has been a delay.
