On the 10th November I joined Slotland Casino. I deposited 3 times that day, losing my first 2 deposits. On the third, I hit a jackpot on a slot and won $1318. I cashed out my win.
Soon after my cashout, some documents were requested. I provided them and was informed by Thomas < surname removed > from the billing department that all that remained to verify the account was to take a phone call. I tried to arrange this phone call but Slotland never called when I asked them too. Often they would just never call on the day at all. Instead they’d call in their own time from an unknown number that I was unable to return. In fact, there seems to be no way to reach them by phone.
After chasing them up to call me for a long time, they told me to check my voicemail and confirm a code that they had apparently left.
I checked my voicemail. There was indeed one voicemail from an unknown number. The contents of the voicemail were about 10 seconds of office background noise. There was no code or any other useful information in their voicemail. I informed Slotland that they had sent no code. I asked them to resend the voicemail and that I’d be happy to confirm it. Since then I’ve been ignored and have lost patience. I’m really hoping this is a misunderstanding that can be resolved here. Thanks.
