I recently had a very large win at King Billy Casino. I have to withdraw in multiple timeframes due to their terms and conditions of maximum weekly and monthly withdraw limits.
I withdrew my first amount on Sunday evening, after reading reviews that the casino was great and very speedy withdrawals. The processing time on a bank transfer states 24 - 72 hours on both the casino website as well as on the Ask Gamblers profile.
It has been over 5 days now and I still have no sign of my money being paid. I am being assured by the several customer service representatives that I will get my money, all winnings have been approved and that it is in a safe place but no one can tell me WHEN I will get my money. I have been advised this is with another payment provider and King Billy have no say on this. I find this absolutely appalling and ridiculous. I have 4 more withdrawals to process and I don't even know when I will get this money as well as the fact that I have to wait an extra month before I can withdraw another amount due to their maximum monthly withdrawal.
Customer Service have been apologetic but I find this very frustrating situation as I cannot plan when I will get my money and I have waited over the processing times. No one can give me a date, all I get is 'hopefully soon'.
My money still says 'Pending' in my account history.
This is very very disappointing as the casino had great reviews and I feel that as a business you take our money extremely quickly and then when there are delays in paying out genuine winnings that there is a delay outside of their control. They should be sticking to the processing times and when delayed advise of the date payment will be made. I am getting no information to make me feel confident in receiving my funds.
I have tried multiple times via chat and email to get some solid responses and have not got any answers that I am comfortable with, hence this review.
