I took part in the casino's regular 50% Friday reload. I played, I won and managed to wager bonus according the bonus terms. I made withdraw for 1500 euro. I noticed all my money I won was deducted and in my account was only 50euro.
I proceeded to contact support for explanation. They claimed I had broken their terms and conditions, and I quote: "Anti-Fraud Policy
The Company has strict anti-fraud policy. If the player is suspected of fraudulent or bonus abuse actions including but not limited to: development of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings". They wouldn't go into any more details in what way my actions were abusive or fraudulent.
My winnings were 100% legitimate and now the casino is trying to get out of the obligation to pay up. I'd also like to add that I've been a member of the casino for many months prior to this incident, I've made many deposits and had the winnings paid out to me multiple times in the past.
