I played on 16 december in Rembrandt Casino. I was lucky and won 3600 euro's. So first i send documents and on 22 of december i received an email from Angie: Dear Harry, We are happy to inform you that your documents verification process is now complete and you may proceed further with a payout request. Sincerely, Angie So i could make a withdrawal of my funds of 3600 euro's so on 27 of december i received an another email from Susan Dear Harry, You have recently requested a withdraw from Rembrandt Casino. I would like to inform you that your withdraw has been accepted, and in accordance with our terms and conditions the withdraw has been split up in installments. The first installment of €1000 is on its way to your bank account, and shall arrive within 2 to 5 business days depending on the speed of your bank. Sincerely, Susan Rembrandt Players support Rembrandt Casino Oke so i was aware off the installment so that was no issue So i am waiting for my first 1000 euro to come into my bank account but there was no 1000 euro in my bank account so the third i spoke on the chat Alice harry: Hello Alice. On 27 of december i received an email that a withdrawal of 100 0 was transferred to my bank account but i stil not receive anything can you inform me when it is transferred? So another waiting and on 08 januari i send an email to support with my bank account Dear Support, On 27 of december i received an email that a withdrawal of 1000 euro was wired to my bank account. But i still don't received anything. So i spoke on the 5th of januari on the chat with Liis and Liis told my that if i dont receive anything on the 8 of janauri i must send a copy of my bank statement from 27-12-2017 - 08-01-2018 so that de financial department can assist me further. So hereby i send you the document. Hope hearing from them soon. So on the 10 of januari i spoke alice on the chat for more information harry: I still dind't receive any withdrawal and i send 2 days ago bank statement is there already a responce from the financial department?
