I am a long time active member of askgamblers. I love this site and what you are hoping to do for the casino community. This is the first time I turn to ask you for your assistance.
I have played at Oshi for several months. I have also cashed out from the site before without issues.
A few days ago I deposited with the 4th welcome bonus 50%, and after completing bonus rollover I was left with about 9900 SEK (roughly 1100 euro). I posted a withdrawal and was asked for my credit card picture, which I swiftly provided.
Now to the problem. Today I received an email that my account has been closed due to multiple accounts. All my money was confiscated.
• I have never been accused of this at any casino site before.
• I do absolutely not have multiple accounts at oshi
• Oshi themselves emailed before closing my account that the closure was automated by an algorithm. This algorithm could be wrong.
o I think this is important to mention as they would probably not admit this. I can forward the exact email on request.
• They confiscated 1100 euro of real money without further investigation and explanation.
I hope to solve this as soon as possible and I hope that is was just an automated mistake from Oshi’s side.
