Sugar Casino - Declined payment and no further info

The first withdrawal I did 4th of December. It was declined. The explanation was that there was not enough documents. I sent everything and got an answer that everything is confirmed&verified. Second withdrawal I tried to make one month later, but it was also rejected. Support team do not respond to my emails. I can only communicate with Live Chart who first in one day says that he sees nothing since my account is private. Today I once again asked about withdrawal, but got an answer that I have problem with my bank. I do not think that something can change. They're just wasting time.
