I made my withdrawal on December 15th. It's now January 22, and I have still not received payment. I followed up on December 23rd to make sure they had all the necessary information to process my payment. I was asked to fill out a couple forms, and it was all submitted back to them the same day.
On January 18th, I was told my payment would be sent to the processor that day or the next, and I would be notified when that happened. I'm not sure what that means, but I was glad to hear process was apparently being made. However, after following up with my 'VIP Manager' the next 3 days to get confirmation, I keep getting the same response that he is waiting to hear back from the finance department. It's getting pretty ridiculous.
