I have requested a redemption of winnings and have been refused. They accepted my Master Card in order to TAKE my money, but refuse to credit my Master Card Account, insisting that I give them a new credit card, a Visa this time, AND pay them $20 in order for them to "verify", with no guarantee that they will pay what is owed. They refuse to mail me a check because, ostensibly, I live in Utah, but refuse to explain why. I did not use any bonus funds from them. They just simply do not want to pay, rather they want me to continue playing, as all casinos do, until I eventually lose. I do not play the game this way. When I lose, I lose, when I win I expect to be paid. These guys are scam artists.
