I have a problem with Noxwin Casino since 21.12..2015.
At this time, I was playing the Game "King of Slots".
After a couple of Spins, I´ve got a "BIG-WIN" - 14 of 15 Reels shows "10" and I have had a Re-Spin of the 15th and last Reel.
Whether this last symbol would come, it would have definitely been a big win.
During the Re-Spin, the System of Noxwin has broken down and the Server told me the following message: YOU HAVE NOT ENOUGH MONEY TO PLAY
I immediately contacted the livechat and was sent a screenshot on which said spin to see from my screen yet.
the livechat promised me that after the end of the game my gain will be credited immediately, but that was not the case.
So I finished the game but from my earnings I got nothing until today.
After several E-Mails to the Noxwin support, they always tell me that the technician are trying to solve this problem - but they are not able to tell me when I´ll get my money.
I cannot believe that a casino need more than 6 weeks to pay a single win on the acount of a player -
I guess it is not more than 200 EUR.
Maybe you can help me in this case.
