On Jan 7th I requested a withdrawal of $1,142.00. There were no promotions or bonuses used. I was told it was eligible for the withdrawal. According to staff, the withdrawal was approved on the 29th of Jan. I was told on that day to allow 5-10 business days for mailing. The 15th of Febuary, I called to check on it and was told it was being sent to Ally in the escalations dept. Trying every day, sometimes 3 or 4 times to get info. I was told the dept was not accepting calls repeatedly, to call back in 30 min, 10 min etc. Each time I did as asked but no result. I finally got an email address and corresponded with Ally on the 29th of Feb. She said my withdrawal was the highest priority and would be paid with the next batch. They were experiencing delays due to the high volume of payouts.I asked when the next batch would be, she replied It was being added to her priority list and would hopefully be paid upon processors authorization. Stated simply waiting for confirmation. Am I in the wrong thinking that 9 weeks is too long to wait on a withdrawal or is this the norm. I simply asked for an idea of when it would be and can not get that info. I feel like they say a whole lot of nothing when asked a direct question. What do I do now?
