About a month or so ago, I began receiving promotional text messages from Planet 7 and some other casinos in their group. This is difficult for me since my cell phone plan does not have unlimited texts and I also do not appreciate being contacted this way. I do not play there and have asked them to stop texting me but I got more today. I even have closed my account with another in that group and have received texts promoting that casino. I want all of them to stop sending me texts but I do not know if I need to write a individual complaint for each casino in their group or if this first complaint is sufficient. I will wait for your response on that issue. Here is one of the chat sessions where I attempted to resolve this issue directly with the casino, I removed my personal information :
