I requested a payment in January and after much run- around they approved it on Feb 4. They called and told me it was approved and that I should receive it in 7 business days. After a couple of weeks, I started calling and emailing them as to where the check was? I then received an email from Robin saying they were having problems with the checks so they would send a prepaid master card and I would have it the next week. This email came from Robin on March 3 and I still don't have a check or a prepaid mastercard. I emailed them numerous times and they say they will answer you in one business day. I finally got one answer to my many emaisl and it made no sense --it said something to the effect that the money would be in my account in 72 hours. The amount due me is only $485 dollars. I have wasted a lot of time and it looks like I am never going to get paid!
